Club still here thanks to former chair
Further tributes are being made to former Steam Packet boss Hamish Ross who passed away at the end of last week.
Away from work he was a member of Rowany Golf Club.
It faced closure back in 2014 but Hamish Ross and others rescued the club both financially and with a restructure of the way it is run.
Management Board Chairman David Stacey says his predecessor was still showing an interest in Rowany right up to his death:-
