Ronaldsway Met Office extends amber warning

It's now in place until 12-noon tomorrow

An amber weather warning for wintry showers and ice has been extended.

Ronaldsway Met Office is now predicting temperatures are likely to fall below freezing from around 5pm.

Forecasters warn this will lead to widespread ice on untreated surfaces.

Towards the end of the night, milder air could increase temperatures slightly, but will remain sub-zero over the hills.
