The Transport Minister says workers are being put in serious danger by the behaviour of some motorists in the Isle of Man.
David Anderson says people have been clocked going through roadworks in Upper Foxdale at up to 65 mph, with 85 per cent breaking the 20mph speed limit.
A new DoT campaign aims to get drivers to slow down and have some consideration for highways staff.
Mr Anderson hasn't ruled out the possibility of photographing drivers but says they want to try and change people's attitudes first.
