Snow has fallen on higher ground in the Island, as predicted today (13 January).
Police have closed the West Baldwin road from the Injebreck Reservoir to the Benn-y-pott road due to wintry conditions.
That road is likely to remain closed until 9am Monday morning (14 January).
The tops of some hills have had light coverings of snow and there's been hail and sleet at lower levels but no problems have been reported elsewhere.
Met Office forecasters say snow over the hills will gradually turn to rain overnight.
