Rightmove says IoM mansion was in top 5 of most viewed properties

Santon property only beaten by Amanda Holden and Alan Carr

An Isle of Man mansion, valued in the region of £30 million pounds, was among Rightmove's top five most viewed properties last month.

Arragon Mooar, on Old Castletown Road in Santon, came in at number two on the estate agent’s list in February.

Described as a ‘jaw-dropping estate’ the property is said to have ‘extraordinary features’ including ‘enchanting gardens and terraces’.

Only TV personalities Amanda Holden and Alan Carr's Tuscan Valley townhouse in Italy – which features on the BBC TV show ‘Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job’- had more interest.
