Planning permission sought to transform Pennybridge Stables
Permission is being sought to turn a riding school in the west of the Island into industrial units.
An application has been submitted to create eight units for light industry at the Pennybridge Stables Equestrian School in Kirk Michael.
The planning application states the equestrian business is no longer commercially viable, but that research shows there is demand for industrial facilities in the area.
Planners previously gave the go-ahead for the site to be used for residential use.
