A 30 miles per hour speed limit on one of the Island's busiest routes is to stay in place - for the time being.
The limit was lowered while the northbound carriageway of Richmond Hill in Braddan was resurfaced, but drivers expected that to revert to 50 mph once the works were completed.
It's because the new surface needs time to consolidate and bed-down.
The hill has been the scene of a number of serious accidents in recent months and police are concerned at the speed taken by drivers around the bend.
