Union changes dates in July
The Royal College of Nursing says a combined ballot of members employed by Manx Care will now begin a week later than originally planned.
The ballot, over the latest combined pay offer for 2021-22 and 2022-23, was originally scheduled to take place between 5 and 20 July but will now be held between the 11 and 26 of the month.
A union spokesperson said the change will enable officers to process paperwork and fully prepare for the ballot process.
The result will determine the Royal College of Nursing's next steps in its long-running negotiations with Manx Care.
