PSC chair defends report
The chair of the Public Services Commission has defended an independent report on civil service terms and conditions.
Union Prospect hit out at the commissioning of the report, which concluded the pay and structure of the civil service at executive level and above is fair.
The review, which was approved by Tynwald last year, was in response to a public perception that civil servant management was top heavy, and workers overpaid.
