Helping secure a strong retail sector in Ramsey will need a wide-ranging approach, according to chairman of the commissioners, Brian Beattie.
The board is welcoming the recent announcement by the Department of Trade and Industry that it will expand its retail consultancy programme to include the town.
Mr Beattie (pictured) says internet shopping and purchasing goods by mail order are among the issues which will have to be considered:
