Shimmin and Thomas elected in Douglas Central

Peter Shimmin and Chris Thomas have been elected as MHKs for Douglas Central.

2640 votes were cast in total. 

Newcomer Peter Shimmin topped the poll with 1382 votes; Treasury Minister Chris Thomas secured 1143.

Ann Corlett lost her seat after 10 years in the role.
