
The Manx government should only be restructured if it's to the benefit of the Isle of Man's population, according to the MHK for Michael.
David Cannan says otherwise there's no point, although he does approve of the proposed formation of a Department of Economic Development, which he believes is much-needed.
Mr Cannan has questions on the restructuring - including how much it'll all cost - in the House of Keys next week.
He says one thing he certainly doesn't agree with is the dissolution of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry:
