
Don't rush into your New Year's resolutions if you want to achieve them.
That's the message from Isle of Man psychologist Dr Helen Nightingale - who says we should spend January reflecting on what we want to achieve from our resolutions - and plot a sensible path to get there.
And Dr Nightingale (pictured) says whatever else we aim for this year - we would all benefit from reducing the pace at which we live our lives.
