Residents to take on Three Peaks Challenge in aid of suicide prevention

The team will be joined by 16 others to embark on their challenge on 28 June

Three Island residents are set to take on the Three Peaks Challenge, which will see them attempt to climb the three tallest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24-hours.

Abby, Shaun and Simon are co-workers and have all been affected by suicide.

More than £11,000 has been raised so far, with retailer Marks & Spencer putting up £7,500 of that figure too.

The money will be given to Isle Stand Up to Suicide which launched towards the end of last year:
