A major scheme for the redevelopment of part of Upper Pulrose has been submitted to the planning committee.
Included are 42 houses, 42 apartments, 35 sheltered apartments and a police office.
Chairman of Douglas Borough Council's Public Health and Housing Committee Colin Cain says residents are delighted with the proposals:
