With less than two weeks to go until Budget Day the treasury minister says the Island's finances are in 'a relatively good position'.

Alex Allinson is preparing to unveil his annual plan on 18 February.

Measures have already been proposed to try and protect the Island's National Insurance fund including the Manx Pension Guarantee.
