Coastguards carried out a dramatic rescue after a car plunged 150 feet down cliffs, at Marine Drive, south of Douglas.
The casualty was recovered from the vehicle and lifted by stretcher to the road, at Pigeon Stream, where an ambulance was waiting.
Another person who was in the car was unhurt.
The incident happened on Friday night.
