Criticises investigating committee
An MHK censured for his behaviour in the workplace says he cannot accept the findings of a report.
Following an investigation, John Houghton was found to have acted in an 'aggressive and threatening' manner when he became involved in a staff dispute in the Clerk of Tynwald’s office.
A parliamentary committee report, which examined the conduct of the North Douglas member, will go before Tynwald later this month and Mr Houghton will be asked to apologise.
However, he claims the committee operate neither properly nor fairly.
