Follows deaths of seven Manx residents in 'very sad circumstances'
The Isle of Man's chief constable is urging people to report any concerns they have about someone in the community who may be struggling to look after themselves.
It comes after a review found seven people have died on the Isle of Man since 2018 from self-neglect.
The report - which described how the individuals lived in dire conditions often in derelict homes - has triggered an overhaul of safeguarding practices.
