LegCo candidate warns gov't 'can't keeping spending without getting more in'
The Isle of Man should think about renting out its seabeds to wind power companies as it 'can't keep burning through the reserves'.
That's from one of the 11 candidates seeking election to the Legislative Council next month.
Brian Brumby is a supporter of green energy, but says he'd also be in favour of offshore gas extraction to bring more funds in to the Island.
