
Repairs to the 175 year-old Tower of Refuge in Douglas Bay are progressing well.
The Department of Transport has taken ownership of the Victorian landmark, and is pressing ahead with the work after surrounding the structure with scaffolding.
Graihagh Crawshaw took a boat ride to Conister Rock, and was shown round the site by Transport Minister David Anderson and Chief Executive Ian Thompson.
