Douglas man allegedly injured two people in incident
A 30-year-old Douglas man accused of stabbing a police officer has been remanded in custody.
Stephen Paul Binding, of Princes Avenue, has been charged with two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Two people were treated in hospital for serious, but not life threatening, injuries following an incident on Sunday 12 September on Seamount Road in Ramsey.
The defendant, who required treatment for self-inflicted injuries, also faces one count of causing damage to property.
No pleas have yet been entered - the case has been adjourned until Tuesday 28 September.
