Hopes major retailer will move in
The former Isle of Man Post Office building in Douglas town centre has been put up for sale.
Estate agents Chrystals have valued the government-owned site on Regent Street at £1.295 million.
Post office operations moved to new private premises on Strand Street in July last year - since then the former site has lain empty.
Plans have been pre-approved for the building to be developed, with the hope of attracting a major retailer.
