
There'll be a sea of happy faces outside St German's cathedral in Peel this afternoon.
It's graduation day for higher education students at Isle of Man College, and later more than 70 will receive their diplomas and degrees at a packed awards ceremony.
Their courses are accredited by UK universities but all the teaching and study has taken place on the Island.
Education Minister Tim Crookall will open proceedings at 2pm.
