Employment agency says there's a massive shortage of workers on Island
All sectors on the Isle of Man are facing a crisis when it comes to hiring new staff.
That's the view of Douglas-based EPL Recruitment, which says those in hospitality, retail and particularly finance are struggling to find new workers.
Government is due to publish a plan to grow the Island's workforce later this year.
