A senior police officer says there is 'no room for complacency', despite levels of recorded crime in the Isle of Man standing at a 30-year low.
Recorded crime is at its lowest level since the early 1980s, although the number of public order offences has risen.
Superintendent Paul Cubbon says there is a clear reason for that:
