6% deal is 'best we can get' says union
Nurses on the Isle of Man who are members of the Royal College of Nursing are to be surveyed about a new - and final - pay offer from Manx Care.
It comes eight months after 55 per cent of the RCN's membership on the Island, who took part in a ballot, said they would be willing to take industrial action.
The new offer would see staff offered a further two per cent pay increase in addition to the four per cent applied to their October 2022 salaries.
The survey is underway and will run until midnight on 22 March
