Organisation says Manx Care offer falls 'well short' of demands
Royal College of Nursing members have resoundingly rejected Manx Care's 4 per cent pay offer.
A ballot took place between 1 and 17 March with 77 per cent of those who voted rejecting the deal.
Manx Care's offer fell well short of the union's demand for a 15 per cent consolidated pay increase plus a one-off payment.
