Members accept latest offer putting end to lengthy dispute
The Royal College of Nursing says it's eagerly awaiting the start of pay discussions for this financial year.
It comes after a long-standing dispute - between its members and Manx Care - was resolved.
Just over 70 percent of nursing staff who took part in the ballot voted in favour of a six percent salary uplift plus a £1,500 consolidated pay award for 2022-23.
Manx Care says it's 'pleased' negotiations have been successful.
