The consultation period for Royal College of Nursing members employed by Manx Care over a retrospective six percent pay offer for the period 2023/4 ends at midday today. (14 February)
The union launched the consultation two weeks ago, without recommending acceptance or rejection.
A possible sticking point was that the offer doesn't necessarily include back-pay for those who have already left Manx Care in the months since the offer should have been implemented last year.
