Proposals due to go before Tynwald next month
A representative of a major British medical body is calling on the Manx parliament to endorse public sector pension reforms.
The proposals are due to go before Tynwald next month, having been postponed from April to allow MHKs and MLCs more time to consider them.
Gerry O'Dwyer is the Royal College of Nursing's senior employment relations adviser.
He says certainty about the scheme is important if more nurses and medical workers are to be attracted to the Island.
