Rates bills for the year ahead are dropping through letterboxes of homes across the Island - and for the first time this year, they contain an additional charge for sewerage services.
The so-called toilet tax provoked petitions, protests and much political debate.
But the extra £50 charge levied by the Water and Sewerage Authority - due to increase in future - won Tynwald support and is now itemised on rates bills.
Rates-wise, there's a mixed picture around the Island.
Commissioners in Peel, Port Erin and Malew have put rates up, there's a freeze in Ramsey and Laxey, while Braddan has used reserves to cut its bills this year.
In the capital rates go up by half of one per cent (0.5%) .
