Rape case accused in court

A twenty-three-year-old man charged with rape has appeared before the deputy high bailiff.

Michael Charles Allison, of Ballalough in Andreas, is also accused of indecent assault and faces two further counts of doing acts against public justice.

Alistair Montgomerie bailed the defendant until his next court appearance, on April 9.
