28-year-old allegedly committed offence at start of year
A man who has been accused of rape has been further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
The 28-year-old, who can’t be identified due to anonymity laws brought in by Manx politicians last year, allegedly committed the offence on 2 January.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 6 March.
There was no application for bail.
