Motor trade and construction among those applying
The motor trade and construction sectors are among the industries turning to a government-backed loan scheme for support throughout the coronavirus crisis.
That's according to Conister Bank, which is involved in the Isle of Man Disruption Loan Guarantee Scheme.
Manx businesses which otherwise wouldn't qualify for bank support can apply for a loan of up to £500,000, which will be guaranteed by government.
