Overflowing bins causing a stir
Rubbish in Ramsey has caused a bit of a stir among the local population and online.
With recycling facilities being unavailable and the civic amenity sites closed, some people's bins are getting pretty full or even overflowing, particularly communal ones outside blocks of flats.
Ffinlo Williams is Ramsey Town Commissioners' lead member for works and development.
