Ramsey's new swimming pool is officially open today.
The £5.8 million facility has taken just over 18 months to complete and, with a wave-like roof and two heated pools boasting energy saving measures, it's a far cry from the previous building which served the town for 40 years.
The project was a partnership between the Northern Local Authorities Swimming Pool Board and the Department of Local Government and the Environment.
Opening time for pool today: 7.30am.
