Ramsey National Week will spring into life this morning (Saturday).
Many of the town’s shops and businesses will be decorated over the course of the next nine days, while there’ll also be a summer fair at Cummal Mooar residential home this afternoon.
However, Ramsey MHK Anne Craine says there’s no doubt about today’s highlight.
