Lawrie Hooper has served the constituency since 2016
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper has declared his intention to stand for re-election this September.
Mr Hooper has been a member of the House of Keys since 2016, and was a commissioner for four years before that.
He is also the leader of the Liberal Vannin party.
Mr Hooper says his reasons for standing again are to tackle the 'unprecedented challenges' that are before the Island.
He outlines his key areas of focus based on four 'core principles - jobs, fairness, open government and freedom.'
The Isle of Man General Election will be held on Thursday 23 September 2021.
