Do you have what it takes to go to sea and potentially put your own life at risk in order to save others?
If so, Ramsey Lifeboat wants to hear from you.
The northern station experienced a busy 2009, with a rise in the number of people rescued, and has launched a recruitment drive to try and find new crew members.
To become a crew member you need to be over 17 and have your parents' permission, over 18 and under 45.
If you'd like to find out more, call lifeboat operations manager Kevin Christian on 815138.
