Ramsey Community Hub have taken over the project
The courthouse building in Ramsey has been the source of speculation for many years.
Now, a newly registered charity is leasing the building from the Commissioners to establish a Community Centre for the whole town to enjoy.
Ffinlo Williams is the chair of Ramsey Town Commissioners.
