Plans to regenerate Ramsey have taken a step forward.
After ratepayers and businesses were asked for their input, the committee leading the initiative has finalised its proposals as it bids for a share of the government's £8 million regeneration fund, for towns and villages.
Committee chairman and Ramsey MHK Allan Bell hopes work will be carried out in phases, starting with a general clean up, aimed at enhancing the character of the town centre.
That would on to the refurbishment of Market Square:
