Medical director warns against overdoing it during racing period
Road racing fans are being urged to give themselves downtime to ensure their wellbeing during Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT.
Manx Care's Executive Medical Director Chris Stockport says it's important those enjoying the races don't overdo it.
The racing period typically sees an increased demand on medical services due to the surge in people visiting the Island.
Dr Stockport wants those watching the races to remember the basics:

'Targeted and intelligence led approach' to protect Island's borders during Irish sailings
