Proposals to come before Tynwald soon
Restrictions on the Island's R Plate drivers would reduce the number of accidents caused by inexperienced road users.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne.
The new regulations could see a curfew and passenger limit imposed on newly-qualified drivers.
While there's no date set for their introduction, Mr. Gawne believes they'll be laid before Tynwald in the near future:
