
A 25 year-old charged with the manslaughter of a homeless man is due to be sentenced today (Tues).
Mark Anthony Quirk of Douglas originally pleaded not guilty to unlawfully killing Joseph McCabe in Peel last August.
He then changed his plea and will be sentenced at two o’clock this afternoon.
