Contest due at the end of August
Nine people have now declared their intention to stand for the Douglas South by-election.
Former Flybe pilot Paul Quine has announced his candidacy today (23 July), and will take part along with eight others in the contest on 27 August.
He joins Pamela-Birnie Malarkey, Ian James Clanton, Marc Clarke, Claire Christian, David Fowler, Michael Josem, Kevin Oliphant-Smith, Lon Pinkerton.
