
A bronze statue of Captain John Quilliam has shared a United Kingdom award for public sculpture.
The bust, the work of Bryan Kneale, RA, has won the Marsh Award, alongside Deer Shelter, a series by American artist James Turrell.
Mr Kneale's bust, of the man who steered the Victory into Trafalgar gazing at the horizon, is in the Speaker's Garden at Castle Rushen.
