Toppham says communication was lacking
The company at the centre of a failed TT promotion scandal says questions remain unanswered.
Bosses at Vision Nine have been reacting to the publication of a damning report following a year-long probe into the collapsed deal.
No formal contract was ever signed between government and the company, despite the deal being approved by Tynwald.
Vision Nine founder Julian Toppham says chiefs at the Department of Economic Development 'tied themselves in red tape' throghout the process, and were repeatedly uncommunicative.
He told Manx Radio the inquiry's findings leave a lot to be desired:
