Praise for 'unbelievable public' in helping project come to fruition
Volunteers progressing the restoration of Queen’s Pier in Ramsey say they are here for the long term and won’t be deterred by bad weather.
Severe storms recently, and an unpredictable summer last year, means progress has slowed but the team is hoping to get back on track after successfully erecting scaffolding around another bay.
It’s hoped bay nine and 10 will be completed this year.
