A local group of campaigners for a cancer charity are celebrating after receiving their Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
Breakthrough Breast Cancer was presented with the award by the Lieutenant Governor earlier this week.
The charity’s chief executive Jeremy Hughes travelled to the Island from the United Kingdom to congratulate members and take part in the ceremony.
He says they have achieved a lot:
Relatives seeking clarity over potential plans to relocate dementia patients
MHK calls for action over 'atrocious' road signage
Cruise passengers affected by downed railway lines
